The Kiribati International Business and Companies Register does not assess, review, or process applications for (i) licensing requests or (ii) Authorized Agent status. For both matters, applicants must contact and proceed exclusively through the Autorizhed agents designated for these services.
The Kiribati International Business and Companies Register does not accept direct applications from the public. All company incorporations, amendments, annual returns, and filings must be submitted through an Authorized Agent. To become an Authorized Agent, you must apply through the Authorized Agent Key Partner Program.

Authorized Agents are responsible for client due diligence, document preparation, submission of incorporation applications, annual returns, and fee collection.
